The bottom 25mm bolt goes through the\u00a0<strong>oblong<\/strong> hole in the bottom angle bracket.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/servercases\/dropinframe\/front\/v3\/Post%20CU.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/servercases\/dropinframe\/front\/v3\/Post%20CU.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"561\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Insert seven M4 hex nuts into the slot of the milled GPU support beam. \u00a0Fasten the beam to the small angle brackets using M3x14mm bolts (the support beam has a 3mm threaded hole).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/servercases\/dropinframe\/front\/v3\/Attach%20GPU%20beam.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"exifviewer-img-3\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/servercases\/dropinframe\/front\/v3\/Attach%20GPU%20beam.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"318\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Insert\/slide the hex nuts of the fan cage bolts into the front slots of the fan beams. \u00a0The location of the left-most fan is ~1\/2-inch from the \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Attach the side posts to the side beams by sliding the head of the bolt into the top slot of the beam and then tighten the bolt by inserting the wrench <strong>through <\/strong>the\u00a0wrench access hole.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v2\/assembly\/Post%20to%20beam.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v2\/assembly\/Post%20to%20beam.png\" width=\"640\" height=\"496\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The milled-out area in the beam should be at the top surface:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v2\/assembly\/Post%20to%20beam%202.png\"><img to the right-hand side post and beam sub-assembly via a M3x20mm bolt and washer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v2\/assembly\/Front%20to%20side%20beam.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v2\/assembly\/Front%20to%20side%20beam.png\" width=\"640\" height=\"591\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The front beam should overhang the side beam by ~1mm.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v2\/assembly\/Overhang.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v2\/assembly\/Overhang.png\" width=\"640\" height=\"551\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Place the sub-assembly into the case.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v2\/assembly\/Place%20subassembly%20in%20case.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v2\/assembly\/Place%20subassembly%20in%20case.png\" width=\"640\" height=\"587\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Attach the front beam to the left-hand side post and beam sub-assembly via a M3x20mm bolt and washer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v2\/assembly\/Front%20to%20left%20side%20beam.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v2\/assembly\/Front%20to%20left%20side%20beam.png\" width=\"640\" height=\"447\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Attach two small 90-degree angle brackets to each end of the riser support beams using M3x5mm bolts and <em><strong>two<\/strong> <\/em>washers through the <strong><em>oblong<\/em> <\/strong>hole. Also, start a M3x5mm bolt and hex nut (through the round hole; no washer required).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"exifviewer-img-3\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v4\/Angle%20to%20riser.png\" width=\"800\" height=\"484\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Insert a t-nut for each riser card into both of the riser support beams.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"exifviewer-img-2\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v4\/Insert%20tnuts.png\" width=\"800\" height=\"479\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Slide the hex nuts of the two riser supports beams angle brackets into the inside slots of the bottom support beams.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v4\/Attach%20riser%20beams.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"exifviewer-img-8\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v4\/Attach%20riser%20beams.png\" width=\"800\" height=\"563\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Push the entire bracket forward into the case.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v4\/Push%20forward.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v4\/Push%20forward.png\" width=\"800\" height=\"770\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fasten <em>both<\/em> side posts to the sides of the case using a\u00a0<em>flat-head<\/em> M3x20mm bolt, washer and hex nut (utilizing one of the existing recessed case holes).<a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v4\/Attach%20brackt%20to%20case.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v4\/Attach%20brackt%20to%20case.png\" width=\"800\" height=\"577\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Position <em>and tighten<\/em> the riser support beams.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v4\/Position%20risers.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"exifviewer-img-15\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v4\/Position%20risers.png\" width=\"800\" height=\"461\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Attach the USB risers to the support beams via two M3x<strong>10<\/strong>mm bolts at opposite corners.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/dropingpubracket\/v4\/Mount%20risers.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"exifviewer-img-14\" class=\"alignnone sub-assembly into the case (routing the wires <strong>through<\/strong> the sub-assembly).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/servercases\/dropinframe\/front\/v3\/Place%20fan%20subassembly.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/servercases\/dropinframe\/front\/v3\/Place%20fan%20subassembly.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"704\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Push the fan sub-assembly forward until the fan brackets are flush with the front of the case (this <em>may<\/em> require loosening and re-positioning the fan brackets and\/or fan beams).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>Note: Check to see that the door is able to close properly.\u00a0 If not, inset the fan sub\u2011assembly a few millimeters into the case.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/servercases\/dropinframe\/front\/v3\/Place%20fan%20subassembly2.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/servercases\/dropinframe\/front\/v3\/Place%20fan%20subassembly2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"739\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Secure the fan sub-assembly to the base by inserting a hex nut into the top slot of the side beams (via the milled-out area), pushing the nut underneath the large angle bracket and attaching it using a M3x5mm bolt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/servercases\/dropinframe\/front\/v3\/Drop%20nut.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/servercases\/dropinframe\/front\/v3\/Drop%20nut.png\"
