M3x20mm bolts (and a washer) attach the back long beam to the post\u00a0&amp; beam\u00a0sub-assemblies (via the hex nuts inserted above). \u00a0Note: Attach the long beams with the holes for the standoffs visible from the top) and press the beam against the sides of the\u00a0posts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/w%20usb%20beams\/two%20psu\/Back%20beam.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" <del>black<\/del> <del>plastic<\/del> <strong>aluminum<\/strong> PSU tabs to the frame via a M3x<b>6 <\/b>bolts and washer.<\/p>\n<p><a nuts into the top slot of the riser support beam.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/w%20usb%20beams\/two%20psu\/First%20riser%20beam%20nuts.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"exifviewer-img-3\" class=\"alignnone\" the riser support beam via another set of\u00a0\u00a0M3x35mm bolt, washers, and a hex nut.<\/p>\n<p>Repeat the procedure to attach the second riser support beam.<\/p>\n<p>Flip the frame upside down (onto its posts) and slide two M3 hex nuts into the slot of the bottom side beam.\u00a0\u00a0Using two M3x6 bolts attach two small rubber bumpers (feet) to the bottom of the tray.<a src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/w%20usb%20beams\/two%20psu\/Feet%20nuts.png\" width=\"800\" height=\"482\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Repeat to attach two more feet to the other support beam and start 2 M3x14 bolts with washers and square nuts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/w%20usb%20beams\/two%20psu\/GPU%20beam%20CU.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/w%20usb%20beams\/two%20psu\/GPU%20beam%20CU.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"460\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Attach the GPU beam to the back\u00a0posts by sliding the square nuts into the inside groves of the side posts.<\/p>\n<p>[INSERT PIC OF ATTACHING THE GPU SUPPORT BEAM]<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/w%20usb%20beams\/two%20psu\/GPU%20beam.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" bolts, loosely attach the 8 motherboard spacers to the tray (finish tightening the standoffs <em>after<\/em> the motherboard is attached).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/w%20usb%20beams\/two%20psu\/Standoffs.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/w%20usb%20beams\/two%20psu\/Standoffs.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"417\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>USB risers are attached to the support beams via M3x<strong>8<\/strong>mm bolts.<\/p>\n<p>The PSUs are attached using #6-32 5\/16-inch long bolts and washers.\u00a0 Note the third attachment point via a small 90-degree angle bracket.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/w%20usb%20beams\/two%20psu\/PSU%20mounting%20points.png\" target=\"_blank\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"690\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>Stacking Connectors<\/h1>\n<p>Stacking connectors (threaded dowels) are threaded into the top of the bottom tray&#8217;s posts. \u00a0The top tray is attached to the dowels with M3x8mm bolts and square nuts.
