<strong>M3x6<\/strong> bolts into the bottoms of the posts. \u00a0Note: When stacking trays, the lower trays will have <strong>five<\/strong> tall posts and <strong>one<\/strong> GPU support post, while the upper\/stock tray will have <strong>three<\/strong> posts and <strong>two<\/strong> GPU support posts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/manual2\/bolt%20in%20post-640.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" short beams, by sliding the head of the bolt into the top groove of the beam. \u00a0Note how the bolt is tightened by inserting the wrench <strong>through<\/strong> the wrench access hole and how the access hole at the bottom of\u00a0the post is not visible.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/manual2\/post%20to%20beam1-640.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Insert <em>4\u00a0<\/em><strong>hex<\/strong> M3 nuts into the top grooves of the <em>right-hand<\/em> short beam (the &#8220;right-hand&#8221; side of the tray is the furthest from where the PSUs are mounted) and <em>3<\/em> <strong>hex<\/strong> M3 nuts into the top grooves of the <em>middle<\/em> and <em>left-hand<\/em> short beams.<\/p>\n<p><a \/>\nNote:that a bottom tray will have 5 tall and 1 short post. \u00a0While a top tray will have 3 tall and 2 short posts .<\/p>\n<p><a back long beam to the beam &amp; post sub-assemblies (via the hex nuts inserted above). \u00a0Note: Attach the long beams with the holes for the standoffs visible from the top) and press the beam href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/manual2\/beam%20spacing-800.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/manual2\/beam%20spacing-640.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"260\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Re-enforce the connections of the posts to the tray by securing them to the motherboard support beams via M3x20mm bolts, washer and hex nuts.<\/p>\n<p>Note that the area where the PSUs are mounted requires inserting two <strong>hex<\/strong> nuts into the side of the motherboard support beam <strong>prior<\/strong> to re-enforcing the corner post.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/manual2\/strengthen%20psu%20area%20nuts%202-640.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/manual2\/strengthen%20psu%20area%20nuts%202-640.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"272\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/manual2\/strengthen%20psu%20area%203-640.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Using M3x20m bolts, loosely attach the 9 motherboard spacers to the tray (tighten after attaching the motherboard)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/manual2\/standoffs-640.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/manual2\/standoffs-640.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"255\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Using 2x M3x20mm bolts, washers and hex\u00a0nuts, attach the front GPU support beam to the front posts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/manual2\/attach%20gpu%20beam-640.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/manual2\/attach%20gpu%20beam-640.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"234\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Slide a M3 square nut into the milled expansion card support beam, aligning it with the thru-hole.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/AngleBracketToSupportBeamCU-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/AngleBracketToSupportBeamCU-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"294\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Carefully flip the beam over and with a M3x6 bolt attach the small 90-degree angle bracket to the beam.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/AngleBracketToSupportBeamFlippedCU-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Insert 13x M3 square nuts into the support beam.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/SlideNutsIntoSupportBeam-410.jpg\"
