\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Assembly<\/h1>\n<p>Thread <strong>M3x6<\/strong> bolts into the bottoms of the two posts (the <em>bottom<\/em> of the post has a through hole in the beams, by sliding the head of the bolt into the top groove of the beam. \u00a0Note how the bolt is tightened by inserting the wrench <strong>through<\/strong> the wrench access hole.<\/p>\n<p><a washer) attach the back long beam to the post\u00a0&amp; beam\u00a0sub-assemblies (via the hex nuts inserted above). \u00a0Note: Attach the long beams with the holes for the standoffs visible from the top) and press the beam against the sides of the\u00a0posts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/v2\/manual\/FrontBeam.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/v2\/manual\/FrontBeam.png\" width=\"640\" height=\"354\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Attach the front \u00a0and middle beams.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/v2\/manual\/BackBeam.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/v2\/manual\/BeamSpacing.png\" width=\"800\" height=\"531\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Re-enforce the connections of the four posts to the tray by securing them to the side of the motherboard support beams via M3x20mm bolts, washer and hex nuts.<\/p>\n<p>Note that the area where the PSU is mounted requires inserting two <strong>hex<\/strong> nuts into the side of the motherboard support beam <strong>prior<\/strong> to re-enforcing the corner post.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/v2\/manual\/ReinforceConnectionNuts.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Using M3x6 bolts and M3 hex\u00a0nuts, attach the 4 small rubber bumpers (feet) to the bottom of the tray.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/v2\/manual\/feet.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/v2\/manual\/feet.png\" width=\"640\" height=\"341\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Using M3x20m bolts, loosely attach the 8 motherboard spacers to the tray (tighten after the motherboard is attached)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/v2\/manual\/standoffs.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/v2\/manual\/standoffs.png\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Load <strong>8<\/strong> M4 nuts into the top groove of the GPU support beam and start 4 M3x14 bolts with washers and square nuts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/v2\/manual\/GPUBeam-CU.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/v2\/manual\/GPUBeam-CU.png\" width=\"640\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Attach the GPU beam to the back\u00a0posts by sliding the square nuts into the groves in the sides of the posts.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" GPU support beam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/mining\/v2\/manual\/GPUTailBeam.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The PSUs are attached using #6-32 5\/16-inch long bolts and washers.<\/p>\n<p><a Phillips-head bolts<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Done!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-weight: bold; font-style: inherit; line-height: 1.625;\">Optional HD\/SSD beams<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The optional HD\/SSD beams are attached to the tray with a M3x6mm bolt and nut.<\/p>\n<p><a Connectors<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stacking connectors (threaded dowels) are threaded into the tops of the bottom tray&#8217;s posts. \u00a0The top tray is attached to the dowels with M3x8mm bolts and square nuts.
