href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/AngleBracketToSupportBeamCU-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/AngleBracketToSupportBeamCU-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"294\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Carefully flip the beam over and with a M3x6 bolt attach the small 90-degree angle bracket to the beam.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/AngleBracketToSupportBeamFlippedCU-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/AngleBracketToSupportBeamFlippedCU-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"283\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Insert 9x M3 square nuts into the support beam.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/SlideNutsIntoSupportBeam-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/SlideNutsIntoSupportBeam-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"155\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Align the last\/9th nut with the thru-hole and attach the second 90-degree angle bracket.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/Angle2ndBracketToSupportBeam-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/Angle2ndBracketToSupportBeam-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"195\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Attach the posts to the support beam with M3 square nuts and M3x6 bolts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/SupportBeamToPosts-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/SupportBeamToPosts-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"228\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Drop two M3 square nuts into the milled-out areas on the top of the station.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/DropNutIntoMilledArea-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/DropNutIntoMilledArea-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"374\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>With a M3x10 bolt and washer loosely attach two large angle brackets to the top of the station.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/Attach90DegreeAngleBrackets-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/Attach90DegreeAngleBrackets-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"301\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Slide the expansion card support posts onto both the square nuts (<em>with the milled surface of the expansion card support beam facing toward the <strong>inside<\/strong> of the case<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Fix\/adjust any mis-alignment and tighten the expansion card supports.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/SlidePostsOverBoltsAndPins-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/SlidePostsOverBoltsAndPins-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"398\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Loosely attach the standoffs using M3x20 bolts (fully tighten the standoffs after the motherboard is attached).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/AttachStandoffs-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/AttachStandoffs-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"286\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Optionally, insert M3 threaded rods into the standoffs.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/Stanoff%20w%20Post%20CU-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/Stanoff%20w%20Post%20CU-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"282\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Attach the black plastic PSU mounting tabs to the station with M3 square nuts, M3x8 bolt and washer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: the PSU can be mounted either vertically or horizontally.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/PSUMountingTabs-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/PSUMountingTabs-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"317\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/PSUMountingTabsHorizontal-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/PSUMountingTabsWithPSU-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"304\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The motherboard is attached with M3x6 bolts.<\/p>\n<p>Expansion cards are attached to the nuts in the support beam with an M3 washer and small M3x<strong>5<\/strong> bolts.<\/p>\n<p>HD\/SSd drives are attached to the wide t-slot extrusions with rubber grommets.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/DriveGrommets-410.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/DriveGrommets-410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"410\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A 5.25-inch drive can be bolted to the station via small angle brackets.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotswoodcomputercases.com\/images\/tstation\/assembly\/Compact%20Tech%20Station%20FrontwDrivesOpticalCU-410.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\"
